About Paul Kacir
Paul Kacir is the founder and CEO of RVnGO, a successful person-to-person and InsureTech startup that operates as a marketplace for recreational vehicles, often referred to as the “Airbnb for RVs.” Since launching RVnGO in 2015, Paul has grown the platform to connect RV owners with renters, providing a streamlined, tech-driven solution for outdoor travel enthusiasts.
With over 20 years of experience in building and scaling technology companies, Paul has held key leadership positions, including Vice President and General Counsel at First Solar, Inc., a leading thin-film solar panel manufacturer (S&P 500, NASDAQ). Before that, he served as General Counsel for Creo Inc., British Columbia’s largest tech company at the time, where he managed major mergers and acquisitions. His legal background also includes working as a mergers & acquisitions and securities lawyer for the Canadian law firm Lang Michener.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Ontario, a law degree from the University of New Brunswick, and an MBA from the University of British Columbia. His diverse experience in law, business, and technology has equipped him with a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and the ability to drive innovation in various industries.
